Update the software version to 1.43 or higher and all other drivers
- Disable PTC (Public Test Channel)
- Connect the USB A on the back of your computer directly to your motherboard (red slot) USB 3.0
- If you're having audio issues, go to your device settings and enable the Quest headset.
